This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with employment, Volunteering and hobbies. Who will you be supporting?

We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced and active support worker with previous experience to work with an active young man with autism living in his own home. The gentleman we support is very active, and likes to go for long walks, so you must be able to do this. You will need experience of working with people with autism who have complex needs.Having a full clean UK driving licence would be an advantage.
