Full Job Description
Provide support to individuals in a supported living setting
- Assist with daily activities, personal care, and community access
- Support with medication administration and health needs
- Follow care plans and maintain detailed records
- Promote independence and well-being
Previous care or support experience desirable but not essential
- Enhanced DBS check required (can be arranged)
- Mandatory care training (can be provided)
