Full Job Description
As a Night Support Worker - waking nights in our supported living team your role will involve providing person-centred support to enable tenants to live independently in their own properties and move towards securing their own accommodation.
With your kind heart, you will create a warm and welcoming environment for those you support, ensuring that they feel valued and supported. Your tailor-made approach to care will allow you to provide personalised support that meets the unique needs of everyone.
As you assist with personal care, administer medication, conduct check-in visits, and assist with domestic tasks, you will be empowering individuals to take control of their own lives and achieve their dreams of independent living. With your unwavering courage, you will tackle any challenges that may arise with determination and a can-do attitude, knowing that your support can make all the difference in the lives of those you serve.
