Full Job Description

We are looking for Support Workers, working in a team of 9 in Bury St Edmunds. You will be supporting 4 male adults with disabilities from acquired brain injuries in a supported living environment. All the individuals are also wheelchair users., Supporting our people to be engaged in all day-to-day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
Supporting our people with social activities and connecting with family and friends.
Supporting the management of our people's finances.
Keeping our people's home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
And enjoying what you do!

Ideally the successful applicant would hold a UK driving license due to an individual having their own vehicle. It would also be beneficial if applicants had business insurance to allow the opportunity to do some outreach work, however these are not essential requirements., Disability Confident

£25,845 per annum (pro rata)
Waking night shifts 30 hours
