Support Worker - Supported Housing

The Support Worker - Supported Housing - Bristol position, based in Bristol, is a permanent, part-time role offering £11,803.20 per annum for 14.8 hours weekly. This post involves assisting adult males with enduring mental health conditions within a low-support accommodation service. Duties include helping residents sustain tenancies, manage finances, and access local amenities. You will also encourage involvement in employment or training, complete risk assessments, and update support plans. Building constructive relationships with residents and external agencies forms a core part of the work. • Support residents to maintain their tenancies & live independently
• Help with benefits, bills & budgeting
• Encourage social inclusion and community involvement
• Support access to employment, education & training
• Complete risk assessments & support plans
• Maintain accurate records
• Build positive relationships with residents and partner agencies
  
  Experience supporting vulnerable adults
Ideally housing/homelessness experience Understanding of homelessness & tenancy sustainment Good safeguarding knowledge Confident with IT and record keeping NVQ Level 3 or equivalent desirable Enhanced DBS required
