- Supporting young people, aged 16-25, who may be facing homelessness, mental health challenges, exploitation or substance abuse, helping them to develop the skills to live independently.
- Encouraging and empowering young people to achieve their goals, whether it's finding stable housing, securing employment or building confidence.
- Helping with day to day takes such as budgeting, maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation.
- Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.

- A passion for supporting young people to grow, develop and succeed
- Experience in care, youth work, or a similar setting, or a personal understanding of the challenges young people face
- The ability to work on your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach

- Due to our service being regulated by Ofsted you must have experience supporting young people.
- You'll work a four-week rolling rota, a mixture of weekdays and weekends.
- Where we're flexible with you, we do need to meet the needs of our customers. That may mean adapting your start or finishing times on occasion.
- Able to use technology to update support plans, complete online learning and to collaborate with colleagues.
- You'll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay Find out more
