Lanark Close Short Breaks Service provides support for adults living in the Borough of Stockton-On-Tees with an identified Learning Disability. About the role In your role as Shift Lead you will ensure the well-being of the people who access the service, including where appropriate direct care, and to enable people to become as independent as possible during their short break at Lanark Close. The role of a Shift Lead involves the leadership and planning of the shift, allocating duties to the support workers, safe administration of medication, ensuring that each person receives an individualised service within a safe and stimulating environment., We will let you know as soon as possible after the closing date if you have been shortlisted to attend an interview.     This is a part time role of 35 hours per week, working 105 hours over a 3 week rota. The actual salary for the role is £27,943 - £29,345., You will receive a competitive salary with guaranteed payment of your contracted hours as well as an unsociable hours premium and sleepover payment where applicable.
