Full Job Description
In this varied and rewarding role, you will:
- Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs
- Deliver intensive tenancy management, supporting customers to maintain stable accommodation
- Assist customers in developing life skills, such as budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and self-care
- Support with rent payments, benefits applications, and managing any arrears
- Carry out regular property inspections, ensuring safety standards are met and reporting repairs
- Facilitate one-to-one sessions and group meetings in line with support plans
- Support customers to understand and maintain house rules and positive behaviours
- Work collaboratively with external agencies and partners to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate records, including support plans, outcomes, and case notes
- Support customers to move on to long-term, independent housing

You will ideally have: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
- A caring and respectful approach, with the ability to handle sensitive situations
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- An understanding of the needs of individuals with complex or multiple disadvantages
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
