• Support a young woman with boundless energy and an amazing sense of humor-she responds best to those who can share in her laughter and fun!
• Work as part of a close-knit team providing 2-1 support, ensuring her daily routines and needs are met.
• Help with day-to-day tasks, while following specific support guidelines-routines are essential to her well-being.
• Receive training in managing behaviors of distress and PROACT SCIPr UK training to ensure you can confidently support her.
