From cooking meals together, getting outdoors, playing sports, or being a calm and consistent adult during difficult moments - your presence will matter. What the Role Looks Like

  • Providing day-to-day care and emotional support
  • Creating positive routines and meaningful experiences
  • Supporting educational development and opportunities
  • Acting as a key worker when required
  • Contributing to care plans, reviews, and meetings
  • Working collaboratively with therapists, schools, families, and professionals
  • Being active, energetic, and child-focused - no two days are the same, You'll work within a reflective, supportive team with access to guidance, training, and therapeutic input.

    Who We're Looking For: You don't need to be perfect - you need to be patient, resilient, and genuinely caring.
  • You'll ideally have:
  • At least 12 months' experience in a caring or support role
  • Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence (mandatory)
  • Polish language skills (advantageous)
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • The ability to stay calm and think on your feet
  • Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professionalism in reviews and multi-agency meetings
  • The ability to engage, motivate, and inspire young people
