We work in a trauma-informed, child-centred way, offering specialist interventions, access to therapies, and high-quality support. From cooking meals together, getting outdoors, playing sports, or being a calm and consistent adult during difficult moments - your presence will matter. What the Role Looks Like
- Providing day-to-day care and emotional support
- Creating positive routines and meaningful experiences
- Supporting educational development and opportunities
- Acting as a key worker when required
- Contributing to care plans, reviews, and meetings
- Working collaboratively with therapists, schools, families, and professionals
- Being active, energetic, and child-focused - no two days are the same, You'll work within a reflective, supportive team with access to guidance, training, and therapeutic input.
Who We're Looking For: You don't need to be perfect - you need to be patient, resilient, and genuinely caring. You'll ideally have: - At least 12 months' experience in a caring or support role
- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence (mandatory)
- Polish language skills (advantageous)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- The ability to stay calm and think on your feet
- Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
- Professionalism in reviews and multi-agency meetings
- The ability to engage, motivate, and inspire young people
