Full Job Description

We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare. You'll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, including alternate weekends (four shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), nights only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Gotts Park - Yorkshire Supported Living Leeds. Please note, due to a genuine occupational need, this vacancy is open to female applicants only. Supported Living in Leeds provides eighteen tenancies, the service empowers individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently. We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. This specialist service supports individuals who may have been previously detained within a hospital setting and are ready for a step-down placement with in the local community.
