Full Job Description
To provide support to clients living across a portfolio of 'Move on Housing' across Littlehampton, to ensure that tenancies are sustained, and a range of needs are met such as access to mental health, substance use, health services, general practical help, assistance with benefits, budgeting, life skills and necessary planning to move into independent accommodation.
