Full Job Description

Support Work: Embrace a psychologically informed approach, conducting assessments, and empowering clients with practical life skills training.
Collaboration: Collaborate with High Support services and external partners to ensure move on opportunities are available
Housing Management: Welcome new residents, maintain meticulous records, and ensure smooth void management processes.
Monitoring: Keep a pulse on client data, crafting insightful reports on service outcomes, and ensuring financial compliance. Lead on Health & Safety monitoring to ensure compliance
Compliance: Champion organisational policies and regulatory requirements, prioritising health and safety, safeguarding, and data management.
Equality and Diversity: Foster a culture of inclusivity and equity within our organisation, leading by example and driving positive change.

Experience: Previous experience in delivering support to individuals with complex and enduring needs, and the use of risk assessments/support planning tools
Knowledge: Good knowledge of mental health wellbeing, addiction, and relapse management are valued
Communication: Clear and compassionate communication is key to success in this role.
