ACC Care Group is seeking caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities and autism to live fulfilling, independent lives.,

  • Supporting daily living skills
  • Promoting independence and choice
  • Supporting community access and activities
  • Assisting with communication methods and routines
  • Following Positive Behaviour Support strategies where required
  • Recording accurate care documentation
  • Working closely with families and professionals, Full UK Driving Licence
