Looking for a role where no two days are the same-and every day matters? Join Dimensions' One to One Plus Community Team in Crawley, where you'll provide personalised support that empowers individuals to live independently and confidently in their community.
This is a dynamic, community-based role supporting adults with learning disabilities across multiple local locations. You'll help people attend appointments, engage in social and recreational activities, and access services that promote wellbeing and independence.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing one-to-one support in the community
- Administering Personal Care
- Assisting with appointments, outings, and social activities
- Promoting independence through tailored support plans
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care planning
- Transporting individuals safely to and from activities
What You'll Need
- Full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle
- Business use car insurance (or willingness to obtain it)
- Flexibility to work rotational hours (7am-9pm), including alternate weekends
- Compassion, reliability, and a person-centred mindset
