Support Worker - Driver

Previous care experience is essential and previous experience with epilepsy is desirable. You must hold a full UK drivers licence to be able to drive his vehicle.

Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base, and have a brand new 17 year old male client in Market Harborough. Our client has an acquired brain injury since birth, resulting in him having complex needs. He has epilepsy and regular seizures, PEG tube, non-verbal, visual impairment and he needs support with mobility. He lives in a bungalow on his family home grounds., Active Care in the Home are an equal opportunities employer however for genuine occupational requirements we require female support workers for this client.

• Full time available - 36-40 hours a week
• Mix of evening (4pm-8pm), sleeping nights (8pm-8am) and weekend day (8am-8pm) shifts
• Flexibility to work days & sleep nights required
