Support Worker (Day shifts)

We are looking for a confident Support Worker (Day Shifts) with a passion for delivering outstanding care. Youll be working 39.80 hours a week (12.25 hours per day shift), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Fairways. Located in a beautiful Suffolk village, Fairways supports adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge. The home provides longer term placements for individuals who require round the clock care and support. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do based on each individuals specific need.
