Support Worker - Cartref Mynydd

A day in the life of a Senior Support Worker with Orbis Education and Care Involves:

• Leading the team whilst on shift.
• Assist in ensuring service scoring standards are maintained.
• Assist in reporting and evidence gathering activities.
• Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in assessment, development and review of support and care plans.
• Promote and celebrate homes achievements., Employee Assistance Scheme, including Counselling, Support Sessions and access to Salary Finance services

• Experience in a positive support environment.
• QCF level 3 qualified, or working towards.
• Experience in managing challenging behaviour.
• Knowledge of statutory regulations.
• Lead by example and always act as a positive role model.
• Upload company policies and standards.
• Able to understand and adhere to relevant safeguarding.
• Good awareness of conducting Health and Safety risk assessments.
