Full Job Description
Provide care and support to residents in line with their individual needs and care plans. Assist with personal care and daily living activities as required. Support residents with limited mobility and help maintain dignity and comfort. Offer emotional support to residents who are distressed or confused. Engage in general activities within the care home to promote well-being and quality of life. Demonstrate care and compassion, maintain excellent interpersonal relations, and work collaboratively with the team. Keep residents safe, calm, and well-supported, especially in times of crisis.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate care and compassion to those we support. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work well in a team. Ability to stay calm under pressure or in times of crisis. Warm, empathetic manner with the desire to provide high-quality care and go the extra mile. We are recruiting for full time Day shifts, 3 or 4 days per week to include alternate weekends.
