Full Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team in High Wycombe. As a Support Worker/Care Assistant, you will provide compassionate, person-centred support, helping people feel respected, included and empowered to develop independence and achieve their personal goals. You will work closely with colleagues, families and professionals, valuing collaboration to create a safe and positive home environment. About the role You will:
- Support people with daily living skills, activities and personal care
- Promote independence, choice and dignity
- Help individuals work towards their goals and aspirations
- Support medication, health, safety and wellbeing
- Contribute to care plans, risk assessments and mentoring new staff About you

- 28 days of paid statutory leave per year (inclusive of bank holidays, or pro-rata for part-time hours).
