Full Job Description
Provide personal care and support to residents in a supported living setting
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation and medication administration
- Support residents with social activities and community engagement
- Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans
- Work as part of a team to ensure high-quality care delivery
Previous experience in a care or support worker role (preferred but not essential - training provided)
- Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
- Mandatory care training certificates (or willing to complete)
- Reliable, compassionate, and committed to making a difference
- Must be able to work shift patterns including nights and weekends
