Full Job Description
We are looking for an Apprentice Support Worker who can work flexibly, has a positive outlook and a willingness to learn. With a focus on sharing your talents and interests, bring your energy and can-do approach and help make a difference., In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
We work each day to make sure we offer a range of purposeful opportunities which help the people we support have new and meaningful experiences and develop new skills. A wide range of people with disabilities access our base, which is well-established in the local community, and well used by a range of community groups. Our Apprentice Support Worker will earn as they learn with expert support from a training provider and our friendly local teams. This is a fixed term post for 2 years, 30 hours per week and will lead to a Level 2 or Level 3 Award. You'll support people with a wide range of activities and opportunities, including:
