Full Job Description

Working across three small supported living homes, you'll provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs and choices. Your role may include:

  • Supporting with personal care and daily routines
  • Helping with cooking, shopping, and maintaining a safe home environment
  • Administering or supporting with medication
  • Transporting individuals to day centres, appointments, and community activities
  • Encouraging independence, social inclusion, and confidence
  • Supporting people to enjoy hobbies, activities, and meaningful experiences
  • Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
  • Most of the people we support attend day placements, meaning your focus will mainly be on morning and evening support routines.

    We're looking for someone who is:
  • Experienced in supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism
  • Caring, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping others
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
  • A confident driver with a full UK driving licence
  • Positive, proactive, and committed to high-quality support
  • Comfortable working across multiple services
  • Most importantly, you'll be someone who treats people with dignity, respect, and compassion.
