Full Job Description
Join a specialist care team supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex care needs, PBS and mental health needs in Malvern.
Experience supporting individuals with behaviours that challenge, including 2:1-5:1 or similar high-support experience
Strong de-escalation skills
Knowledge of safeguarding, DoLS and least restrictive practice
A DBS check, or willingness to obtain one
Unrestricted right to work in the UK
This permanent, full-time PAYE position offers 36-48 hours per week at £14.50 per hour, with an annual salary of £27,144-£36,192.
You will support individuals who may display behaviours that challenge within high-support 3:1, 4:1 and 5:1 packages. The role requires a calm, compassionate approach and a commitment to promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
