Full Job Description
- Establish methods of communication with patients, reducing barriers when necessary
- Assist patients with mealtimes where necessary
- Support with activities of daily living and personal care when needed
- Communicate any issues to the clinical team
- Accurately report and/or record work activities
- Keeping people safe from any harm and protecting their human rights. What you'll have:

Experience working within the care sector / mental health would be an advantage but not essential

Set within the 12 acre grounds of a manor house, we specialise in intensive rehabilitation for people in the early stages of recovery from a brain injury right through to residential care. - 25 days plus bank holidays
