From supporting people with daily living skills and personal goals to enjoying community activities, social outings and hobbies, you'll play an important role in helping people live the lives they choose., Carlton Gardens, is a vibrant supported living service located close to local shops, cafés, pubs, the library and other community facilities, with Wolverhampton town centre only a short distance away. The people we support are aged between 20 and 40 and enjoy active, independent lifestyles. Their interests include:

• Music and television
• Cooking and baking
• Swimming and fitness activities
• Exploring local attractions and community events
• Spending time with family and friends
This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys being active, building positive relationships and encouraging people to achieve their goals.
