Compassionate, patient and understanding, with a genuine passion for supporting others.
Experienced in supporting individuals with autism, complex mental health needs and/or behaviours that may challenge.
Confident providing person-centred support and encouraging choice, independence and positive outcomes.
Calm and resilient, with the ability to respond confidently to changing or challenging situations.
A strong communicator who can build trusting and positive relationships.
Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a 2:1 support team.
Enthusiastic about getting involved in activities, whether that's shopping, baking, singing, days out or even a rollercoaster!
Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts as part of a 24-hour care package.
Committed to maintaining dignity, respect, choice and independence at all times.
