Help people enjoy activities, hobbies and opportunities within their local community. Build positive
relationships and communicate in ways that meet each person's individual needs. Encourage people to achieve their goals, develop new skills and enjoy meaningful experiences. Help keep people safe by following support plans, risk assessments and agreed ways of working. Work as part of a supportive team to provide high-quality, person-centred support. Shifts: Rotational including early, late and weekend, 37.5 hours per week. If you share our values and want a career where you can genuinely make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
