Full Job Description

Deliver person-centered care in line with individual care plans
Administer medication safely and accurately
Support residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities
Monitor residents' wellbeing and report concerns appropriately
Maintain accurate care records and documentation
Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and management
Promote dignity, independence, and safeguarding at all times
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and Ravenscroft's policies and procedure Medication administration experience

Good leadership and communication skills
A caring, reliable, and professional attitude
Understanding of safeguarding and person-centered care
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
