Full Job Description

  • Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible with each individual.
    • Our Shifts: 7am - 2.30pm | 2.30pm - 10pm | 10pm - 7am (Sleepover) Shift Requirement: We are currently recruiting for day and night shift cover Contract: Bank contract Driving License Required? No What You'll Be Doing You'll be supporting 5 amazing individuals to live their daily lives in the way they want to live them. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including: + Supporting with personal care + Medication Administration - including support one individual with epilepsy + Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management + Daily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and support people to visit their families, watch TV, enjoy astronomy, knit and get out and about to try new activities
