Full Job Description
Rushmere Hub is a service on the outskirts of Ipswich that specialising in supporting adults and young people with Complex Needs and an emerging children's offer. We are seeking a Support Worker to deliver person-led, engaging sessions and 1:1 support. We are seeking an individual with the passion and drive to deliver the very best customer service to the people accessing the service.
Driving Makes a Difference! You'll need to be able to drive to support individuals in accessing their local community and enjoying greater independence

Supporting people with daily living skills and independence
Being a strong advocate for the people we support and their families
Providing personal care with dignity and respect
Building meaningful relationships and communicating effectively
Administering medication safely and responsibly

Your Journey Starts Here:
We'll welcome you with a 3-week induction and a friendly buddy to guide you every step of the way. Your start date will follow a successful enhanced DBS and recruitment checks.
We believe in investing in our people. As part of your journey with us, you'll be expected to complete the Level 2 Certificate in Adult Social Care during your probation period. We'll support your development with dedicated study days and ongoing guidance to help you succeed
