The role involves helping with daily living tasks while building positive, meaningful companionship, and providing support, encouragement, and friendship to enhance her everyday life., At ND Care & Support, we are thrilled to offer an opportunity to support a young lady to live as independently as possible in her own home. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a real difference and building a positive, supportive relationship. What We Offer:

  • Get Rewarded - Complete 100 hours and receive a special incentive payment of £250 as recognition for your commitment and hard work.
  • Enhanced DBS Reimbursed - Complete 50 hours and we'll refund the cost of your DBS check (unless you already have a DBS on the Update Service).
  • 5-day training programme provided before you start work with us
  • We will cover the cost of your Social Care Wales registration fee (We will reimburse you once you have worked for us for more than four weeks).
  • We will cover the cost of your Blue Light Card (We will reimburse you for the Blue Light Card fee on proof of purchase).
  • To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need:
  • To be caring and patient with the ability to build positive, supportive relationships
  • Have a person-centered approach to care and support
  • Have flexibility to work long shifts, afternoons and nights. Shifts and hours to be discussed at interview
  • Support and enable community access, encouraging participation in activities if desired
  • Offer positive reassurance when needed, while allowing appropriate space and independence
  • Support with domestic duties within the home, including, but not limited to, helping with meals, tidying, cooking, maintaining a comfortable living environment and helping with finances.
  • To be comfortable around pets

    A full UK Driving License and access to your own car is desirable but not essential for this role.
