Promote emotional, physical and social wellbeing through consistent, caring support
Build strong, trusting relationships so every child feels safe and understood
Provide personal care where required, always with dignity and respect
Encourage independence and support the development of social and life skills
Support education, home activities and community engagement
Work closely with colleagues and professionals to deliver person-centred care
Maintain accurate records and reports
