Support Worker

For over 75 years, we've been supporting disabled people to live, learn, and work as independently as possible. We provide specialist support across residential care, supported living, and respite services for people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments, and learning disabilities. A home, not just a service Our Cheltenham Supported Living service is home to up to six adults with learning disabilities. Our service feels like family - relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes. Your working hours We offer full-time hours. You'll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota Typical shifts may include:

• Short day shifts: [e.g. 7:30am - 2:30pm, 2:30pm - 7:30pm]
• Long day shifts: [e.g. 7:30am - 7:30pm]
• Night shifts [7:30pm - 7:30am]

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will apply to weekend working only (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins. What you'll do
• Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
• Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
• Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
• Keep clear, accurate records
• Most importantly - help each person live life on their own terms
