Pay rate: £14.70 per hour
Shift Pattern: Waking nights - Monday to Sunday: 20:00pm - 8:00am.
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our dedicated team, providing 2:1 support to a bright and joyful lady who lives in her own home in Norwich.
She has learning disabilities, autism, and high anxiety and requires round-the-clock care, delivered by a consistent and understanding team. She has repetitive communication, and her support team will learn to recognize and respond to her unique communication cues. Full training will be provided.
This is a rewarding role supporting a child who brings a lot of happiness, warmth, and personality to those around her.
Experience and Skills of a Support Worker
- You should be kind, patient, caring, reliable, consistent and confident in your role
- Willing to learn her communication cues
- Happy to engage in sensory, creative, and play-based activities
- Comfortable working within her home
- Able to work as part of a small, stable team
