Support Worker

For over 75 years, we've been supporting disabled people to live, learn, and work as independently as possible. We provide specialist support across residential care, supported living, and respite services for people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments, and learning disabilities. A home, not just a service Our Heatherley Service is home to up to 42 adults with physical disabilities. Our service feels like family - relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Your working hours We are offering full-time hours at 34.5 hours per week, but part-time options are alos available. You'll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota Typical shifts:

• Days: 7.30am - 7.30pm
• Nights: 7.30pm - 7.30am

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins. What you'll do
• Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
• Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
• Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
• Keep clear, accurate records
• Most importantly - help each person live life on their own terms
