About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join one of our established teams. This is a rewarding role focused on person-centred support, helping the individual to develop life skills, build confidence, access the community and live life on their own terms.

What We're Looking For

• The ideal candidate will be patient, positive and naturally personable, with the motivation to truly make a difference.


• Experience in health and social care is desirable, though full training will be provided.


• You will be someone who brings energy and warmth to their work and understands the value of genuine, person centred support.


• Minimum 1 year's experience in Health and Social Care


• NVQ Level 2 or working towards it


• Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to the specified Location

Shifts

• Days: Monday - Sunday, 08:00 - 20:00


• Waking Nights: Monday - Sunday, 20:00 - 08:00 (Shift times may vary)

We can accommodate between 6 and 40+ hours per week. A minimum of two weekends per month is required. You will be joining a friendly, established team from day one.
