Full Job Description

An exceptional opportunity for a female Support Worker to join our team on a part-time or bank basis. You'll provide one-to-one support to a tenant with intellectual disabilities and communication needs, working alongside an experienced team.

The successful candidate will work in pairs within an annexe located on the tenants family land. You'll support the tenant with day-to-day activities, attend community events and activities, and provide encouragement and support through life's challenges.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference to someone's life. You'll work alongside an experienced team who will provide the support and guidance you need to succeed in the role.

Were looking for someone who has a genuine interest in supporting others and who is kind, patient, resilient and has a good sense of fun. Previous care experience is not essential, although experience of supporting people with learning disabilities or communication needs would be an advantage.

SHIFTS / HOURS FOR PART-TIME / BANK

This is a part-time or bank position, offering flexibility around your existing commitments.

Shifts include a mixture of early and late shifts, with some weekends and bank holidays. Sleep-in shifts may also be available at £67.50 per night.

Bank staff can choose shifts subject to availability, while part-time staff will agree their regular working pattern and contracted hours with us.

o Early: 7:30 am to 3 pm

o Late: 2:30 pm to 10 pm
