You will provide invaluable support to four people with learning disabilities who live in their own flats in Wrexham - helping them live full, independent, and happy lives, their way. This is a part-time role, 26 hours a week. If you're honest, respectful, kind, compassionate, and know how to have a laugh, you might be exactly who we're looking for. At MacIntyre, we support adults with learning disabilities to live meaningful, fulfilling lives. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

No two days look the same. You might be supporting someone with their morning routine, heading out together for a coffee or a swim, helping with cooking or budgeting, or simply sitting down for a chat and a laugh. It's about being a steady, encouraging presence - someone who helps people do the things they love and reach the goals that matter to them.

About You

Of course we welcome you if you've been a care assistant or support worker, but experience isn't necessary. If you share our values, are warm, friendly and willing to learn, you're likely to be a great fit. We're looking for people who celebrate differences, and we strive to make all our staff feel included, valued and respected. You must be a driver with a manual licence, as you will be driving service vehicles.
