Support Worker

This isn't a boring job you'll be changing lives with care, supporting day-to-day living and joining in with activities like bowling, swimming, walks, and community outings.

You don't need prior experience to join as a Support Worker.

We provide all the training you'll need, along with ongoing support to help you build a career in care., We are a new supported living service supporting four female individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives within their home and local community.

As part of our dedicated support team, you will play an important role in providing person-centred support that promotes choice, dignity, independence and wellbeing. You will work alongside colleagues to ensure the people we support receive consistent, high-quality care, while also being confident in using your own initiative and responding to individual needs.

We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, reliable and enthusiastic about making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support.

If you are passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals, enjoy working as part of a team, and can also use your own initiative, we would love to hear from you.

ROTA DETAILS:

The role involves working a variety of shifts, including early shifts, late shifts and sleep-in shifts, as well as every other weekend, subject to the rota.

Sleep in shift starts at 22:00 and finishes at 07:00

£12.71 Per Hour
