In this role, you will provide personalised, person-centred support that respects each person's choices and promotes their wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, offering emotional support, and encouraging independence, all while building trusting and respectful relationships.,

  • Assisting with daily living tasks like meal preparation and household chores
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to promote wellbeing
  • Supporting individuals to engage with the community, attend appointments, or take part in social activities
  • Offering medication reminders or prompts, following agreed care plans
  • Encouraging independence and empowering individuals to make their own choices
  • Keeping clear, accurate, and confidential care records
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality support
