Full Job Description
Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people with complex disabilities and health needs?
At our home, we support 8 incredible children and young people, offering truly individualised care in a nurturing, empowering, and fun environment.
What Makes Us Stand Out?
We're not your average care home.
We're a team of dedicated professionals who combine compassion, skill, and teamwork to deliver outstanding care every single day. The young people we support are remarkable - resilient, full of potential, and constantly inspiring us to be better.
Many of our team members have been with us for over 10 years, growing, developing, and building lasting careers. Our current Deputy Manager began their journey here as a Support Worker - and that could be you next!
About The Role
These roles are available due to internal progression - proof of our commitment to growing our people. You'll join a close-knit, experienced team that takes pride in providing exceptional care and creating a safe, positive home environment.
A Typical Day Might Include:
- Supporting morning routines - personal care, medication, and school prep
- ️ Using the day for training, housekeeping, and record keeping while the young people are at school
- Afternoons full of life - school pick-ups, activities, shared meals, and evening routines
We're looking for people who are:
- Compassionate, reliable, and bursting with energy
- Driven to make a positive difference
- Quick thinkers who can stay calm under pressure
- Eager to learn - no previous care experience required, full training given!
Whether you've worked in care before or are completely new to it, if you bring the right attitude and heart, we'll give you the skills and support to succeed. - Has or is willing to work towards the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) ("the Level 3 Diploma"); or a qualification which the registered person considers to be equivalent to the Level 3 Diploma
