We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker at our Northampton service Loyd House. At Loyd House we have a strong focus on therapy, care and quality of life. We provide specialist post acute rehabilitation, as well as management of long term neurological conditions. What you'll be working: Full Time Day & nights Working every other weekend We follow a rota basis. Working with Complex needs £25,292 (FTE) Per annum (Pro rata) What you'll be doing: Build relationships with the people we support, which are open and two way Support to undertake their rehabilitation programme Establish methods of communication with the people we support, reducing barriers when necessary Support with activities of daily living
