Sleep-ins may be required.
Rate of Pay
£12.72 per hour, with enhanced evening/weekend pay and premium overtime rates (T's & C's apply)
Your Role
You'll support people in a welcoming supported living service, helping them develop confidence, independence and the skills to achieve their personal goals.
You'll:
- Empower independence, no matter how big or small the step
- Support with personal care and everyday life skills
- Encourage community access, socialising and activities
- Support people to work towards their individual goals
- Offer reassurance and emotional support when needed
- Help people feel heard, respected and valued
From learning to cook a meal independently to enjoying a day out or going on holiday, you'll be part of those important moments.
