Full Job Description
- Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team diverse community of adults with a range of needs and abilities in a welcoming and inclusive environment. One area of the building supports people aged 55+ with physical and/or mental health needs, while another supports adults under 55 with mental health needs. Together, residents enjoy a friendly community atmosphere, regularly socialising and connecting in our communal spaces. Our scheme has 70 apartments and is currently home to 66 residents. We currently provide support to 28 people, with this number increasing as our vacancies are filled. We are committed to promoting independence, wellbeing, and a strong sense of belonging for everyone who lives here Our Shifts: 8pm till 8am Shift Requirement: Waking Nights Contract: 1x 24 Hour contract UK Driving License Required? No What You'll Be Doing You'll be supporting a group of adults to live their daily life in the way they want to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including: Supporting individuals with personal care and mobility Helping people access the community and enjoy everyday activities Medication admin Preparing meals and drinks that meet a variety of dietary needs Creating a clean, friendly, and safe home environment Are you someone who's kind, caring, and passionate about making a real difference in people's lives
