This role focuses on being a key part of helping people live independently, confidently, and joyfully., - Ability to support adults with learning disabilities and autism
- Demonstrate compassion and commitment in a support role Desired criteria
- Experience working as a Support Worker or in a similar care role
- Understanding of the needs of individuals with learning disabilities and autism
