- Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting adults over the age of 55 and above with to live their daily lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible with them. Our Shifts: 7am - 7pm, 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm and a night shift of 22.00 pm - 7am Driving License: No What you will be doing You'll be supporting individuals with: + 24-hour care and housing-related support + Personal care, including medication and health support + Meal preparation and assistance + Leisure and recreational activities + Domestic help + Community engagement + Maintaining relationships with family and friends + Moving and handling Our Extra Care Services are located in the heart of the community, with easy access to shops, supermarkets, and transport links. More about the people supported You will be supporting individuals with a wide range of needs, such as Dementia, mental health & physical conditions, providing them with the best care possible to help them live their best lives! Shifts: We have a dedicated team of staff during the day and night, ensuring consistent and compassionate care 24 hours a day.
