Role Responsibility

Typical Shift Pattern

  • Mix of long day shifts (7:30 AM - 10:00 PM) and shorter shifts
  • Includes weekday and weekend work
  • 4 to 8 sleep-in shifts per month (additional pay)
  • Regular rest days scheduled for good work-life balance

Hours: Full-time, 51.3 hours per week

Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required

Children come to live with us for a variety of reasons but all of them need a caring, nurturing environment and to feel wanted. Our role is to create a safe environment mixed with fun and playing, trips to the beach, fishing, bike rides etc.

Our Purpose is to build lives filled with, adventure, safety and trust.

As well as competitive pay and in-house professional support we provide and fully fund the necessary training to achieve valuable externally accredited qualifications.
