The role is primarily based at The Orchards; however, there will be an expectation to support staffing requirements across our East Pathway when necessary, including services at Lime House and The Orchards. About The Role We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join our team at The Orchards. Your role will be essential in delivering person-centred care and tailored support, ensuring individuals remain at the heart of all decision-making. Your role will be essential in providing effective support, as we tailor our services to meet the unique needs of everyone, placing them at the centre of decision-making.

  • Passion for providing outstanding care and making a positive impact.
  • Willingness to undertake training to achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care (fully funded by Nugent).
  • Previous experience in health care, particularly supporting individuals with complex needs (physical and learning disabilities, autism, mental health), is desirable but not essential.
  • Good understanding of Person-Centred Care principles.
