Full Job Description
We are looking for caring, compassionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to join Grace Eyre and work within our 24/7 supported living service, supporting people with learning disabilities and autistic people to live fulfilling, independent and meaningful lives.
As a Support Worker, you will play an important role in providing person-centred support that is tailored to each individual's needs, wishes and goals. You will support people with everyday activities, developing independence, accessing their local community, building relationships and taking part in activities that are important to them.
We are looking for people who share Grace Eyre's values and are committed to promoting choice, independence, inclusion, dignity and respect. You will take the time to get to know the people you support, listen to what matters to them and encourage them to have control over their own lives.
